Paint Finishes & Coating

Vanguards facilities in house include both Powder and Plastic Coating, we also offer from approved suppliers Nylon and Chrome Plating, Galvanising and Zinc Plating. All our systems ensure we have the capacity to process both large volume and the large selection of available colours.

Powder Coatings produce an attractive finish that offers high quality finishes with consistent application, this coupled with our flexible approach and range of in house facilities allows us to coat a variety of parts, from small components to large POS displays.

Thermoplastic Coating provides a thicker finish, with long service life, smooth continuous coating and extreme corrosion resistance. Vanguard also has its’ in house ‘plastic' coating line which specialises in coating items made from wire.
